My role at Ford Motor Company

SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER, MODEL E 

Often, engineers have a hard time explaining their ideas, and that’s where my team of visual designer (me!), UX designer and researcher as well as motion designer came in to help.

During my time at Ford, I provided visual narratives via infographics, storyboards, personas, customer journey, Design Thinking, prototyping, presentations, and survey reports.

Below is some of the work I did at Ford:

• Gathered data from user testing, visualizing results and drafting analysis documents for feature and product assessments.

• Ideated personas, storyboards, and user journeys covering potential scenarios, resulting in new feature approvals and adding revenue sources.

• Exceeded company objectives and enriched customer satisfaction by closing customer feedback loop among engineers, feature, and product owners.

• Initiated internal communication platforms via email newsletters and Microsoft SharePoint sites, stimulating team productivity and enhancing community awareness.

• Led and mentored team members, increasing efficiency and improving quality.
